Spathe Public House

Ambience: In a brick- and- timber shophouse, indeed dining here gave me a different ambience compared to the other dining places. Spathe Public House had succeeded in bringing out its intention to built pre-war with many original fixtures, in hope to preserve most of its original building. Origin: Contemporary European & Southern America cooking What I got: Grilled Tara Valley Ribeye  Being the meat eater that I am, together with the fresh ingredients and exquisite skills (with the medium rare), this serving lived up to its enjoyable relax ambience. Fret not that the portion gets too little. Spathe Public House don't serve individual plates- "we believe that dining is a social good food is meant for sharing" ​ It's pretty difficult to find restaurants that serves vegan uh?
